Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You authorize Stripe to store and charge your payment method for subscription renewals and purchased services.
Payment failures may result in access suspension.
5. Subscriptions and Renewal
Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal charge; it does not refund already-paid periods.
6. Refund Policy (Digital Services)
Because access to digital materials, software, or platform features cannot be “returned,” all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
This applies to:
- Monthly or yearly subscriptions
- One-time digital purchases
- Access to tipster website tools, data, or features
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at contact@ownthegame.app and we will review it.
Chargebacks without first contacting us constitute fraudulent activity and may result in immediate account termination.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent betting activity
- Spam or mislead users
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell platform code or functionality
- Harm the performance, security, or stability of the Service
Violations may result in account removal without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, platform code, features, UI design, server-side functionality, and provided templates remain the exclusive property of Modulout LLC. When you use the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform while your subscription is active. This does not grant you ownership of the Platform or its code.
However, any content you create on your website (including text, analysis, picks, results, images, branding, logos, and custom styling) remains your property. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload or publish.
If your subscription ends, your access to the Platform may be suspended, but your original content remains yours and may be exported upon request, where technically feasible.
