Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OwnTheGame website and platform at ownthegame.app (the “Service”), operated by Modulout LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

OwnTheGame is hosted publishing software. We provide a website, an editor for predictions and analysis, a public performance record, a member area with a paywall, distribution to your channels, hosting, updates, a guided onboarding page with a demo importer, and support.

We do not provide sports predictions. We do not publish on your behalf, we do not advise on markets, and we do not guarantee any outcome or result.

Fixtures, teams and kick-off times come from third-party data. You enter the market, odds and stake, and you confirm each result. Statistics are then calculated automatically from what you confirmed.

The Pro plan is $39 per month at the time of writing, rising to $49 on 1 October and $59 on 1 January for new subscriptions.

Price lock: the rate you subscribe at continues to apply for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price current on that day applies.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to store and charge your payment method for subscription renewals and purchased services. Failed payments may result in access being suspended.

We may add other payment methods in future; nothing in these terms commits us to a date for doing so.

Enterprise and custom work is quoted separately and governed by the scope agreed in writing for that project.

The content you publish — predictions, analysis, images and member communications — is yours, and you are solely responsible for it.

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with all laws that apply to you, including advertising, consumer protection, tax and data protection rules in every place you operate or promote.

You are responsible for your own memberships: the plans you create, the prices you set, the promises you make to your members, and refunds or disputes with them.

You must keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Members pay you through your own Stripe account. We are not a party to those payments, we never hold the funds, and we take no percentage of them.

Your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own terms. Chargebacks, disputes and member refunds are between you, your member and Stripe.

Ours: all software, platform code, features, UI design, server-side functionality and provided templates remain the exclusive property of Modulout LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform while it is active. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit copying, reselling or reverse engineering.

Yours: any content you create on your website — text, analysis, picks, results, images, branding, logos and custom styling — remains your property. You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload or publish.

If your subscription ends, platform access may be suspended, but your original content remains yours and may be exported on request where technically feasible.

You grant us the limited right to host, store and display your content solely in order to operate the service for you.

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee unless one is agreed in writing under an Enterprise arrangement.

We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue individual features. Where a change is material and adverse, we will give reasonable notice.

You may cancel at any time from your account. The Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains what happens next.

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if payment fails, if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if your use exposes us or others to legal risk. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost members, decisions taken on the basis of content published through the platform, or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you use it at your own risk.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in advance by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them. Last updated August 2026.

Modulout LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
