Is the $39 rate really guaranteed?
Yes. Whichever price you join on is guaranteed for the lifetime of that subscription, for as long as you keep paying. The increases on 1 October and 1 January apply to new subscriptions only.
What happens if I cancel and come back later?
You rejoin at whatever the price is on that day. The guarantee is tied to a continuous subscription, so a lapse ends it.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Every subscription starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required, and you can cancel anytime during it at no charge. Your installation is usually ready within one working day, which leaves most of the week to import your demo and prepare the site before the first payment.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Your subscription includes the onboarding page and demo importer, so you create the starting website yourself. If you want it done for you, the optional Launch Setup is $590 one-time.
How do I cancel?
From your account, at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. You can cancel and rejoin later, but the price you rejoin at is the price of the day.
Do you take a percentage of my members’ payments?
No. Members pay you through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money and we take no share of it, whether you earn €100 or €100,000 a month.
Are there limits on picks, members or traffic?
No limits on predictions, analysis, experts or members. Very high traffic operations are better served by an Enterprise setup.
What do my members pay?
Whatever you decide. You set the names, prices and currency of up to ten plans — five period-based and five by prediction count.
Which payment methods can I use to pay OwnTheGame?
Card, through Stripe. Crypto payment is planned, but there is no date for it yet.
Do I need to pay for the domain separately?
Only if you want your own. Domains are bought from a registrar and cost a few euros a year; you can also start on a ready-to-use subdomain at no cost.
